Returns + Exchanges
Need to exchange or return an item from your order? Not a problem! Please visit our return portal below to start your request.
30 Days
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the items are not marked as final sale, are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Processing fee
The US return processing fee is $7.90 or $9.90 for refunds depending on the return method (See Help Center). Our processing fee is waived for exchanges, and for returns for site credit.
The Canada return processing fee is $14 CAD.
For all other countries, the return processing fee is $35 USD.
