30 Days
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the items are not marked as final sale, are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Holiday Returns: Orders placed from Nov. 2nd to Dec. 31st, 2024 are eligible for return or exchange until Jan. 31st, 2025.
Processing fee
The US return processing fee is $6.90 or $8.90 depending on the return method (See Help Center). Exchanges are free and there's no fee if an item is returned for site credit.
The Canada return processing fee is $9.99 USD.
For all other countries, the return processing fee is $35 USD.
